Introduction
The USB board works as a communication tool between your external USB devices, such as a flash drive or mouse, and your computer.
The USB Board of your Lenovo Thinkpad T470s can be damaged by misuse and rough handling of external USB devices.
An indication of a failing USB board would be if your external USB devices are no longer being read by the laptop correctly, if at all.
Power off and unplug your device before beginning.
