The tablet is unresponsive to any form of touch.
When any form of touch does not register it could be that the driver needs an update, without the most up to date version it will not function. Open device manager and navigate to the Human Interface Devices option, then expand to find an HID-compliant touch screen or HID-compliant device. Right-click on either one and the option to update should appear to left-click on the update option.
Another possibility as to why you can not interact with the device screen is that it could just be a faulty screen. If even after updating the driver it could just be a faulty screen Replace the Screen with this guide.
The device can not hold a charge past 100%
The driver is not allowing a 100% charge because the driver may need an update. All you need to do is uninstall the older version of the drive and install the Lenovo power management software’s latest version. Open device manager and locate Batteries two options should be listed Right-click on the control method battery and left-click update.
If updating the driver does not help it could be the battery or possibly the ac adapter are just no longer functioning. First thing you must check whether the ac adapter can charge perhaps another of the same device. To determine this check the led light located right next to where you would plug in the adapter in your tablet. If not replace adapter which you can buy either online or in-store. If it works then you might have to replace the battery, if that is the case use this guide.
Sound is not available
Without an up to date version of the drive, it will not function you may need to check the device driver to see whether or not it requires an update. Open device manager and look for audio inputs and outputs, from which when you find it you left-click the arrow next to it should see two options Microphone and Speakers. Right-Click on speakers you will be given different options click the update option.
If after the update the speakers still do not provide any sound, the only other solution is to replace the speakers. For instructions on how to replace the speaker use this guide.
I cannot connect to the wifi.
If you can’t seem to be able to connect to WiFI it could be that the driver needs an update. Open device manager and locate network adapters and left-click on the arrow next to it. From here you want to look for the Wireless Network Adapter, right-click on that option and you should be given a few options. Left-click on the update option which will check to see if it is already updated or needs one.
If an update does not fix the problem you may need to replace the NIC, which if that is the case use this guide.
