Hello! I have a Lenovo Y530 laptop and its battery is swollen. After removing the battery and waiting for the replacement, can I directly plug in the laptop to the power without having the battery?

Arthur Shi - Jun 1, 2021

Hi Joshua,

Yes! Be careful to reassemble everything other than the laptop. The laptop should boot, though depending on the brand and model, some will refuse without a battery.
