Introduction
Before replacing the SSD in your Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5-1470, research which SSD cards are compatible with the device.
The only step to do before removing the SSD card is to remove the device’s back panel.
What you need

- Remove all ten 6.6 mm screws with a Phillips #00 screwdriver.

- Use the plastic opening tool to lift up and remove the casing.

SSD
- Remove the single 3.6 mm screw using a Phillips #00 screwdriver.
- The SSD will pop up on its own after removing the screw.
