What you need

Step 1

              Speaker               

• Flip laptop over and remove 13 screws from the bottom panel.
• Remove 3 screws from RAM port.

• Disconnect keyboard and touchpad.
• Remove CD port.

Step 3

• Flip laptop back over
• Using a plastic spudger, pry between the keyboard panel and bottom panel on all 4 sides.

• Remove 4 screws and tabs holding motherboard
• Be sure to disconnect fan tab on the bottom of the motherboard

Step 5

• Removing battery is not necessary to change speakers
• Lift speakers out of their holding place and replace with new ones.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
