What you need

  • Lay the computer down on its side as shown.
  • Remove the two 14mm screws shown. The screws are loose enough to unscrew with your hands.

  • Gently slide the side panel straight back and remove from the computer.

              RAM Module               
  • Push down on the white clips on both sides of the memory module to release it.
  • Gently pull up on the memory module to remove it from the unit.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

When inserting the memory module, make sure that the notch on it aligns correctly with the key on the memory connector. Push the module straight down into the connector until the retaining clips close.

sounds very hard to replace a ram “sarcastically“

you probley can replace a ram if you know what ram is so

But it is still good to have guides on everything

im glad that ifixit exists
