What you need

Step 1

              Unscrew rear cap from the main housing

              Separate the cap and split the plastic housing.               
  • I used a pair of pliers to hold the plastic part right under the threading and using my fingers on the aluminum part just unscrew.

Step 3

              Separate the button.               
  • The “lid” is held on by 4 plastic “rivets”. Carefully put a knife blade in between the small lid and pry them apart. Carefully remove the inner spriIngs and plungers. In the picture one small plunger is still in the top of the button.

Step 4

              Reassemble               
  • Is reversed of disassembly but you don’t need to glue the button together (the small plastic “rivets” are now broken) because the two part plastic housing will keep it together when assembled.
