Remove cover
- Remove the front cage from the fan, exposing the screws.

Remove screws
- Remove the 3 screws holding the fan on to the motor housing using a 3/16" philips head screw driver. The length of the screwdriver does not matter.

Step 3
Remove motor screws
- Remove the screws holding the motor onto the fan using the same 3/16" phillips head screwdriver. There are two screws.
- Once removed, remove the metal part the screws were holding to the motor.

Step 4
Remove old motor.
- Remove the old motor from the fan. No tools are required. The motor can simply be pulled out.

Step 5
Place new motor in motor housing.
- Now that the old motor is removed, a new motor can be placed in the motor housing.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
