- Remove the battery by pulling up on the end and towards yourself.

- Use a PH0 screwdriver to remove the 6 screws which are holding the panel in the phone.

- Remove the frame from around the back of the phone.
- Then remove the back panel of the phone.
- Remove the white sticker from in the middle of the phone.

- Desolder the 7 pins.
- If you have never soldered before, follow this guide.
- This type of soldering requires very specialized and expensive equipment. Please be careful if you decide to continue following this guide.

- Desolder the positive and negative terminals.

- Peel back the copper plated sticker.
- If the copper plated sticker is broken, it must be replaced. If it is not broken during disassembly, it can be reused.

- Remove the motherboard without breaking it by placing it to the side. It will still be attached to the phone.

- Using force, remove the charging port from the charging slot.

- Replace the charging port and ribbon.
- If the copper-plated sticker is damaged, it will need to be replaced as well.
