- Flip the phone over and remove the back cover with the plastic opening tool.
- Remove the 8 screws with the JIS #0 screwdriver bit.

- Using the plastic opening tool, pry up the battery.
- Remove the battery’s cable with a pair of tweezers.

- Remove the 2 screws that are holding each of the speakers in place.
- Use the metal spudger to wedge underneath the adhesive to remove the speakers.
- Desolder the connecting wires to remove, then resolder when connecting new speakers.
