- First, access the slide door on the bottom left corner of the camera. To open, push down and to the left.

- The memory card slot is located just below the batteries.
- To insert the memory card, make sure the writing is facing the batteries, and the cut off corner is at the top right. Put the card into the slot and push until you hear a click.
- You do not need to remove the batteries to insert the memory card.

Hi. I purchased a new memory card. When inserted into the camera, I can’t take a picture because the camera states internal memory full. What do I do??
