- Flip the device on its side so that the metal faces you.
- Begin by unscrewing the five 1.5mm bottom screws with a #0 phillips head screwdriver.

- Once the base is unscrewed, remove the base from the plastic wedges used to hold it in place.
- The wires do not need to be cut as this repair will not harm or use them.

- Using a size 0 Philips head screwdriver, remove two 1.2mm screws that hold the filter in place.
- Pull the pump back to remove it from the slot it was in.

- Grip where the filter and the flow line connect and pull apart until they are separated.
- Clean or obtain a new filter and put back together. This is done by repeating the steps in reverse, putting the device back together.

I have the same question as Anthony. Every Keurig filter I see is the charcoal filter that takes 2 seconds to change
