Introduction

This guide will show you how to remove and replace the K-Cup Portion Pack Holder for the Keurig B70 Platinum if you’re experiencing any problems with the pack holder. Before continuing with the guide, you’re going to need a Phillips #2 screwdriver.

What you need

              K-Cup Portion Pack Holder               
  • Turn off and unplug the Keurig before starting.
  • Open the lid and remove the two 11.0 mm screws located below the K-Cup holder.

Step 2

  • Pull the black plastic guard of the K-Cup housing away from the Keurig.
  • Depending on the angle, the guard can actually fall out instead. Be ready to catch it!

Step 3

  • Push the black button at the bottom of the lid to remove the K-cup holder assembly.
  • From the top, lift the assembly out of the Keurig.

Step 4

  • Grab the top and the bottom of the holder assembly and pull it apart.
  • Be careful when pulling the assembly. There is a sharp needle!
  • This step requires a little force.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

Spring flew out as I was removing cup holder. Where does it go. How do I reinsert it?
