Step 1

              Dust Bin

Grab the dustbin handle, press and hold the button at the top of the handle.
Pull the dustbin up and away from the main body.

Press the button located beneath the circular opening on the dust bin; this will open the bottom of the dustbin.
Properly dispose any contents of the dust bin into a wastebasket.

Step 3

              Dustbin fiber collector

Grab the fiber collector using the finger holes on both sides of the base.
The fiber collector is the black basket with the rounded base
Turn the base a quarter-turn clockwise and pull it away from the dustbin
Remove the fiber and hair that may be stuck inside the fiber collector

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

thank you for your help. My sister in law didn’t have the manual, its typical of her husband. without the manual I probably would have broken the fiber collector. Appreciate your help.
