Introduction

The speaker will need to be replaced if no sound is coming out or it is distorted or fuzzy.

The only tools needed are your hands.

  • Take off the clear backing of the computer and set it aside.
  • Locate the Speaker.

  • Unplug the blue power cable from the brain.

  • Unplug the blue audio jack from the brain.

Step 4

  • Pull the speaker up off the back of the screen.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order using the new speaker.
