This is a switched-outlet powerstrip

Remove screws from backplate
- Remove the two screws securing the back plate.

Remove screws holding the assembly in the box
- After removing the backplate, remove the four screws that secures the internal assembly to the box.

Step 4
Remove the internal assembly from the box
- The disassembled powerstrip. The rocker switches are in the section removed from the box. In the box, there are spring-loaded covers where the appliance power plugs are inserted. These covers prevent dirt entering the box.

Step 5
Free up the rocker switches
- Spray a very small amount of WD40 into the rocker mechanism of each switch. Then manipulate the switches until they move freely.

Step 6
Cover plate springs can be rusty.
- Each cover plate has a small spring, these can be rusty which will prevent the covers moving, thereby preventing the insertion of an appliance plug.

Step 7
Free up the plug covers.
- Spray a small amount of WD40 onto the springs, then manipulate the covers until they move freely.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
