What you need

Step 1

              Diode               
  • Remove the 2 Phillips screws, then pull off the white rubber feet and open the triangular screws underneath. Special tool.
  • The bottom can be pulled off. Remove the cable holder to be able to work better
  • Unscrew the two circuit boards and disconnect the motor and the sensor cable. The sensor cable with 2 wires remains on the small circuit board.

Remove the 2 Phillips screws, then pull off the white rubber feet and open the triangular screws underneath. Special tool.

Unscrew the two circuit boards and disconnect the motor and the sensor cable. The sensor cable with 2 wires remains on the small circuit board.

Step 2

  • Unsolder SR3100 diode and solder in new diode. 3 A 100 V. The diode had continuity and at the small control board was only 2.5 V at the red and black cable.
  • The temperature sensor resistor is marked green. This has about 95k ohm at room temperature.
  • I also checked the blue marked temperature fuse for continuity and the purple marked contact switch.

Follow the steps in reverse order to reassemble your device
