The device is connected to the charger and a power source, but will not charge.

  • All batteries degrade over time. Yours may require a full replacement. Follow the Battery Replacement Guide.

  • Follow the micro USB / Aux Replacement Guide to replace the micro USB connector.

The speaker produces fuzzy or broken audio.

  • Replace the broken speaker using our Speaker Replacement Guide.

Aux connections to other devices yield no audio.

  • The white casing portion of the device will have to be replaced. Follow the Aux Replacement Guide to complete this task.

  • Attempt to clean out the aux connection with a small q-tip. If that fails, then the device will have to be opened and cleaned or replaced. Follow the Aux Replacement Guide for a detailed walkthrough.

The motherboard has a short circuit or other damage.

  • Replace any water-damaged parts with the using The Motherboard Replacement guide.

  • Open the device and analyze if parts replacement is required. If replacements are necessary, use one of the corresponding guides: The Motherboard Replacement guide, The Speaker Replacement Guide, or The Button Membrane Replacement Guide.

When a button is pushed it gets stuck or the device does not properly respond to it.

  • Open the device and clean out the button membrane.

  • Open the device and replace the damaged membrane with a new one.
