• Pry open the button pad with a spudger.

• Unscrew the 2 screws that hold the circuit board in place.

• Pry open the circuit board, starting from the two ends.
• Remove the circuit board.
• Do not use a lot of force when prying

My charger wasn’t working when I first bought it so I bought another charger and that didn’t work, why wont it charge and why does the battery shut off after 30 seconds l, give me a new battery
