- First step is to remove screws from top and bottom of device.

- Remove the back panel of the device.

- Upon removing the back panel, place the device screen down on the table.

- Identify the antenna cover on the top of the device.

- Remove the two screws holding the antenna cover in place.

- Use a prying tool to remove the plastic piece off of the antenna component.

- Identify the antenna component as the gray cable that comes out of the plastic cover.

- Remove all of the adhesive tape pieces off of the antenna cable.

- Once all of the adhesive tape has been removed. Pull out the antenna component.

- The antenna will be attached to the chip in your device. Be careful not to pull off.
- Solder of the wire that is connected to the chip in order to be able to remove the antenna component.
- Once this is done, you can replace your old antenna with a new one!
