              IT-Riage Rev 3 Cylinder  Disassembly               
  • This is what the chair will look like like without the footrest. to remove the footrest . You need to unplug the power cable and air hose behind the footrest . Then using a flat head screw driver remove the clips on either side by sliding the tip of screw driver in the clip and simultaneously lifting up on the clip.

Step 2

  • Using a Philips screw driver remove the 6 screws holding on these 2 front panels. one removed they come off in 2 pieces be gentle with them as they are flimsy plastic.

Step 3

  • Once the front panels are out of the way you should spot the Recline/ Zero Gravity Motor . NOT TO BE CONFUSED with the footrest motor . The footrest motor is the motor with a Wheel attachment on the end . Grease the recline cylinder by reclining the chair and once fully actuated apply grease as needed.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order. Be aware when re attaching front panels that the panels going on in the correct order. If done incorrectly they could be damaged upon operation of the chair.
