- Use an opening tool to pry beneath the grey ring on each side of the wheel until it pops out.

- Pull the wheel out of the vacuum.
- Dirt and debris can be caught under the wheel and may lead to decreased mobility. Try cleaning out the debris before replacing the wheel.

- Remove two 10 mm screws from the wheel housing using a Phillips #1 screwdriver.

- Pull the wheel housing out of the vacuum.
