- Flip the Roomba upside down.

- Release the lock on the brushes using the green tab.
- Lift the lock up from the end of the brushes.

- Remove both of the brushes.
- When reassembling the brushes, make sure to insert the long end first.
- The two long ends each have a different shape. One end is a square and one end is a rectangle.
- You may have to rotate the brushes while inserting so that they snap into place.
