- Start with your Roomba upside down, with the wheels facing up.
- Using a JIS driver in #1 size remove the two 15mm screws holding the battery cover in place.

- Remove the battery cover and place it off to the side.

- Remove the battery using the green tabs on either side of the battery.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

I am not trying to be negative here, but if someone needed this guide to understand that a bad battery needed to be replaced, shouldn’t you put that they would need a new battery? According to your directions, they do not need a new battery. As a result, they are going to take out their battery, and put the old one back in. The problem remains. I have never written a guide, so maybe you can only choose parts from iFixit and that is why you did not have one listed in the parts needed, but I would have thought it would have been in the directions.
Anyhow, the guide is still appreciated… please consider this only as constructive feedback to help enhance the product.
