              Main Wheel               
  • While the Roomba is upside down, remove the 4.0mm screw surrounding the side brush using a Phillips #2 screwdriver.
  • Remove the brush.

Remove the brush.

  • Unscrew the four 3.5mm screws on the back cover using a Phillips #2 screwdriver.
  • Remove the back cover.

Unscrew the four 3.5mm screws on the back cover using a Phillips #2 screwdriver.

Remove the back cover.

Step 3

  • Unscrew the six 3.5mm screws using a Phillips #00 screwdriver. Each wheel has three screws.
  • Once all the screws are out, take out the wheels.

Once all the screws are out, take out the wheels.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

In step 3, the screw positions are just a bit off. They are not under the corners of the battery but under into the wheel housing.
