What you need

Auger
- To remove the auger simply pull it off
- Then unscrew the four screws holding the plastic part in place
- You can then pull that off revealing the piece that connects to the motor
- The metal piece can now be replaced by inserting a new one

Removing Exterior Screws
- Remove the four exterior screws, and then the top plate.
- Once the top plate is removed check the motors circuitry. Disconnect the motor and install the new motor.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
