Introduction
The wheels of the iRobot Braava Jet 240 are connected to the motor assembly and allow the robot to move around the room to clean. If there is debris caught in the wheels, removing them to clean out debris will be useful. Additionally, if the tire tread is loose or the wheels are otherwise damaged, they should be removed and replaced.

Where can I get the replacement wheels?

iRobot does not sell replacement parts for the 240, other than things like batteries. I look for dead As-Is units on eBay and buy them to scavenge parts. (And it really irks me that iRobot doesn’t sell the parts!)

Thanks, William Fickas! I wish I knew this when I bought my 240. Selling their product but not keeping long term customers happy seems to be this company’s mantra.

Followed the guide and a spring fell out!? It has 5 turns and about 1" long with a 3/16" loop on one end? I’m thinking that I lifted the wheel assembly up just a bit too high. Any idea where that spring came from? Maybe somewhere in the middle of the assemble? Other than that the guide is perfect! Thank you and keep up the good work!
