Step 1

              Sealing Ring               

• Remove the lid of the Instant Pot by twisting it counter-clockwise.
• Flip the lid upside down.

Step 2

• Push the bottom of the sealing ring in and up to detach one section of it from the metal ring.
• Put your finger between the loosened sealing ring and the metal ring and slide your finger around the circumference of the lid to fully release the ring.
• During reassembly, push one section of sealing ring down and around the metal ring (concave side of sealing ring facing metal ring) and continue with same motion around the whole ring.
