“My tablet is not turning on”
Press power button and wait for it to turn on. If tablet doesn’t turn on, then try resetting it. Hold home and power button down together for 5 seconds. If there is a faulty power button then the button needs to be replaced or table needs replacing. Check repair guide for help.
Plug in tablet to charging cable. If tablet doesn’t start charging either check power source, then check cable. If neither work and tablet doesn’t start charging, then the battery is defective. If there is a defective battery then the battery needs to be replaced. Check repair guide for help.
“My tablet will not charge when I plug it in”

“I dropped my tablet and the screen is cracked”
If there is a crack in the device screen then it needs to be replaced. If screen is coming apart from tablet, screen will need to be replaced. Check repair guide for help.
If screen remains black when tablet is on, then the LCD screen is malfunctioning and will need to be replaced. Check repair guide for help.
“I can’t hear anything from my tablet”
If audio is not working then it can be caused by faulty headphones or speakers. If the audio problem isn’t being caused by the headphones or speakers, the problem is likely with the tablet itself and will need to have the speakers repaired. Check repair guide for help.
