The tablet will not charge while being plugged.
Make sure there is electricity going to power source. Try plugging into different outlets if you suspect a power outage.
Check to see if there is any debris or small pieces of trash blocking the charging port. Clean the port with a small brush such as a cotton swab.
If the tablet does not turn on when the power button is pressed, try reconnecting the power cable. Look for charging lights on the top right side of the keyboard or wait a minimum of 10 minutes and try pressing the power button again.
The charger could be damaged. Try connecting a different USB-C charging cable and waiting a minimum of 10 minutes before pressing the power button again.
Tablet stays black and does not turn on or respond to any power buttons
If you have tried changing the charger and the device still does not power up, there may be a need to change the battery. The battery can be replaced by following this Changing Battery Guide.
If changing the battery does not work, there may be something wrong with the motherboard. Consider replacing the motherboard using the Changing Motherboard Drive Guide.
The tablet is not making any sound
Check to see if the tablet is muted by using the volume buttons on the top of the device. If the buttons do not unmute the device try changing the volume in the settings under sound. If this also does not work try connecting headphones into the speaker to see if the computer emits sound. This will confirm that the computer is not muted.
If the volume is turned on and you still do not hear sound try replacing the speaker using the Speaker Repair Guide.
The camera does not capture pictures or does not function properly
Make sure there is no debris or smudges blocking the camera lens
Consider adding more light to the room or moving to an area with more lighting
The camera may be operating slow due to a software issue. Try restarting the computer and seeing if the camera works properly.

Keyboard does not type while connected
Try disconnecting the keyboard and wiping the contacts with a soft dry cloth. Then reconnect the keyboard.
If the keyboard does not type even though it is connected try replacing the keyboard connector using the Keyboard Connector Repair Guide.
Computer operates slowly and lags with most commands
The computer’s internal storage may be full. Try performing a disk cleanup
The software may need updates for several programs. Check any program to see if updates are available, If software issues seem to persist consider restarting the device using a factory setting.
