Audio is either unable to be heard or sounds distorted
Ensure the volume is raised with the button on the side of the device
If your device is still not producing sound, check to see if the App you are using is muted. Many apps will have sound settings where certain parts of the audio such as music can be muted. If these are all un-muted, check to see if the device’s sound is muted. Enter the settings app and scroll to SOUND. Ensure the sound is up and the buttons on the device can properly control the volume settings.
