What you need
Step 1
Remove Rear Panel of footrest
- Both panels come off together. Do not try to remove them individually.
- Remove all 11 screws to remove the panels.

Step 2
- Once the rear covers are removed you will be able to see the inside of the extend cabinet.

- Remove the 4 screws to release the extend cabinet from the front of the footrest
- Remove the 4 screws to release the extend cabinet from the front of the calf massager

- The extend cabinet should now be free of the front half of the footrest.
- Remove the 5 screws to remove the front cover of the extend cabinet.

- If the Feed Screw Nut needs to be replaced remove these 4 screws. They are held in by nuts that may need to be held when removing the screw

- There are 4 screws holding the slides in place. To get access to each of them you would need to manually extend the footrest by spinning the motor.
- Remove these 4 screws. Only 2 will be available at a time depending on how the slide it positioned.

Step 7
- The two halves of the extend cabinet will need to be separated at this point. Continue to spin the motor until the screw shaft is completely removed from the feed screw nut.

Step 8
- Remove the final 4 screws holding the slides in place.

Step 9
- The new slides need to be installed onto this plate first.
- The nuts attached to the new slides are for transport purposes only. They will not be installed into the footrest
- The new slides CAN NOT be stood up on their ends once the screws are removed. The internal components may slide out and ruin the slide. All movement has to be done to the side.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
