- Begin by holding the Monitor so that the backside is flipped up. This is where your battery is located.
- Slide the battery panel downwards to detach it completely. The battery should be completely visible.

- Now that your battery is exposed, begin to take the battery out. The only thing keeping the battery in the battery port should be the plug.
- Now unplug the battery from the battery port. The plug is small so be careful locating it.
- The battery and plug should be completely out of the battery port.
