Step 1

              Remove Piston Assembly               
  • Start by locating and removing the shoulder bolt and spring on the back of the piston assembly.

              Remove Piston               
  • Pull the piston from the cylinder, it should fall out pretty easily.

              Remove Crank Disk               
  • Next, locate the crank disk and remove the set screw on its underside.
  • The dowel pin is press fit and removal is not recommended.

Step 4

              Remove Flywheel & Main Shaft               
  • Pull the main shaft and flywheel from the frame.
  • The shaft and flywheel are also press fit together.

              Disassembly Complete!               
  • Thats it! You’re done!
  • Note: while you can remove the frame from the wood base, it is not required for the project and the correct tools are not supplied.
