Remove Piston Assembly
- Start by locating and removing the shoulder bolt and spring on the back of the piston assembly.

- Pull the piston from the cylinder, it should fall out pretty easily.

Remove Crank Disk
- Next, locate the crank disk and remove the set screw on its underside.
- The dowel pin is press fit and removal is not recommended.

Remove Flywheel & Main Shaft
- Pull the main shaft and flywheel from the frame.
- The shaft and flywheel are also press fit together.

Disassembly Complete!
- Thats it! You’re done!
- Note: while you can remove the frame from the wood base, it is not required for the project and the correct tools are not supplied.
