• The back cover is accessible on the device by placing the screen in contact with a flat surface. Remove the back cover from the device.

• Remove all dead or lowly charged batteries from the device.

• Replace dead or poorly charged batteries with new AAs. After replacement of the batteries, put the back cover back on.
