The battery will not hold a charge
If the phone is connected to the charger , regardless of the amount of time it remains on the charger and loses the charge fast , the battery is faulty. Replace the battery using this guide.
Ensure the charger is plugged in and the charge light is on. If the light is not on, and the charger is plugged in, the charger is faulty. Consider purchasing a replacement adapter.
While using the phone gets overheated and freezes .
Try to end all background apps and then reboot.
Check to see if device is updated

Check Volume, make sure the phone isn’t turned all the way down. Use side volume button to turn phone up.
Go to settings and un-check mute option
Phone sound is muffled, speaker on phone may be damaged, must be replaced
Screen isn’t responding to touch or screen is frozen
Power down device and restart it
Unfortunately for this device it is recommended to take phone to a professional screen repair place. Due to the fact that the LCD screen and Glass is fused together on this device. Trying to repair this screen could cause damage to the device.
