Step 1

              Ear speaker               

• Remove the back cover.

• Remove the battery.

• With a cross-head screwdriver remove 9 side screws that secure the back case.
• Remove the adhesive to find the underlying screw.
• Remove the shortest central screw near the SIM card slot.
• With the help of a thin tool, pry open the back case.

• Remove the display connector.

• Remove the touch screen digitizer connector.

• Remove the ambient light sensor connector.

• Unplug the connector that joins the main motherboard with the dock.

• Unplug the motherboard securely fastened at 3 points and remove it.

• With the help of a heat source to loosen the adhesive, remove the broken ear speaker and replace it with the new one.
