If you have problem with start-up the phone…

If you want to erase / clean data…

ATTENTION!!! You will lose all your data!!!

Step 1

              Huawei Ascend D2 wipe data / factory reset               

• Switch off the phone.
• Press and hold the Volume Up, Volume Down and Power button.
• When you see the Ascend logo release the Power key but continue holding Volume Up/Down keys.
• Use the Volume Up/Down keys for navigation and the Power On key for OK.
• Select one by one: - “wipe data/factory reset” - “Yes – delete all user data” - “reboot system now”

Switch off the phone.

Press and hold the Volume Up, Volume Down and Power button.

When you see the Ascend logo release the Power key but continue holding Volume Up/Down keys.

Use the Volume Up/Down keys for navigation and the Power On key for OK.

Select one by one: - “wipe data/factory reset” - “Yes – delete all user data” - “reboot system now”

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
