              Battery               

• Remove the back cover by applying pressure and sliding upward.
• Lift the back cover up and away from the phone.

• Remove the battery by lifting upward from the slot located on the right hand side.

              SIM Card               

• Insert stylus into black slot and gentle pry SIM card out a little bit.
• Slide out SIM card rest of the way with your finger.
