Film print does not fully resemble when compared to image file.

The HP Sprocket 2-in-1 is only compatible with HP ZINK™ Sticky-backed Photo Paper. This paper is light sensitive and can cause issue with printing if the film cover is misaligned allowing light and other debris to pass through. Realign the film cover and slide it into the lock position until a “click” is heard. This confirms proper positioning of the film cover.

If prints begin but fail to fully pass there may be a paper jam within the roller. Open the film cover and check for any misaligned pieces of HP ZINK™ Sticky-backed Photo Paper. Paper at an angle can snag and cause jams. If no jams are present the roller itself may be damaged.

Insert a Micro-SD card into the designated slot on the bottom of the camera. After inserting a Micro-SD storage card into the device, the LED storage light to the right should be a white light if the Micro-SD card is read.
