Step 1

              Battery
  • Turn off the laptop.
  • Close the laptop.

  • Turn over the laptop, and make sure the battery bay is toward you.

  • On either side of the battery bay, there are two latches that you need to slide.

  • Once those latches are slid, you may take out the battery.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
