When working, my laptop will suddenly shut off and is hot on the bottom
The fan in your laptop prevents it from overheating. If this fan is dirty, it may not work properly. Take compressed aerosol spray and spray the fan to help remove any dust or debris on the fan. If it is accessible, take a screwdriver and remove the bottom cover. Then take a dry cloth and wipe down the fan, removing any dust and debris possible
If your vents are clogged with dust and debris, then it may overheat as well. Your GPU requires moving air to keep it cool, and plugged vents may hinder its ability to perform. Take a Q-tip and lightly brush away all of the dust in the ports. This allows moving air to get into the laptop and cool it down.
Your keys stick to the keyboard when you type
For this task, you will need compressed air, a toothpick, a cloth/q-tips, and rubbing alcohol
Unplug and power off your laptop trying to clean your keys with your laptop still on or plugged in puts you at risk for electric shock. Make sure you disconnect it before cleaning your keys. Spray the keys with compressed air: compressed air will loosen and remove some of the parts that are sticking. Make sure you blow air underneath the keys as well. Take your toothpick and scrape away any remaining sticky points or pieces. Then put a small amount of rubbing alcohol on a cloth or q-tip and wipe down your keyboard. This will remove any remaining sticky residue.
For this step, you may need a flathead screwdriver in addition to the other tools mentioned above
You may need to remove your keys to get underneath them and clean if the problem is worse than surface level. To start, take a picture of your keyboard. This is so you remember where your keys are when reassembly occurs. To remove the keys that are sticking, take your screwdriver and carefully pry the keys from the latch; these will be at a specific location on the keyboard, most likely in the back of the key. Once removed, rub-down the backs of the keys with rubbing alcohol. The sticky residue may be on the backs of the keys themselves, so cleaning the keys will be helpful in removing it. After, spray the input with compressed air. Where the keys are connected to the laptop itself (the input) may be sticky as well, so spraying this area or lightly cleaning it with a toothpick may be helpful. Finally, replace the keys by referring to your picture and carefully but firmly press the keys back into place.
There is a crack within the computer screen.

When the charger is connected to the laptop, the laptop does not start charging.
Dust particles and other materials can be lodged into the port preventing the charger from working properly. If your charger is not connecting to your laptop, the charger port may need to be cleaned. This can be done by using compressed air and briefly spraying the charging port in short bursts.
The charger that is trying to be used to charge the laptop may need to be replaced. Replace the charger and try a different cable.
If none of these options work, the charging port may need to be replaced.
The laptop cannot survive a few minutes after charging.

If your computer is able to hold a minimal charger, it may be because it is receiving a minimal charge from the power adapter. If the computer is plugged in for periods of time regardless of the duration and does not charge then the adapter needs to be replaced. Replace the power adaptor by purchasing a new one.
If your storage is full, then it can cause your battery to drain at an exponential rate. To clear this out dispose of any documents or programs that are taking up large amounts of space. Also, consider resetting it back to factory settings.
