              Battery

Make sure the laptop is powered off and unplugged first.
Turn your laptop over so the bottom is facing up.
Locate the battery latch and slide the latch switch all the way to the left.
The latch will lock and stay in place.

Carefully lift the battery out and away from the laptop.

RAM

Remove the two 5.5 mm JIS#0 screws.
Lift the panel up and off the computer.

Step 4

Once the panel is removed the RAM card will be visible.
The RAM is inserted into its socket with some metal triggers. To remove the RAM card, push the triggers away from the RAM card.
If done right, the card will be at an upward angle pointing out of the device.
Gently grasp the RAM card ,and pull it out.

To insert a new RAM card, put the card into the slot and press down till the metal triggers click over it, holding it in place. After that, follow steps 1 to 3 in reverse order.
