RAM

Turn the device over so that the bottom is facing upward.
Locate the three panels near the bottom half of the device.
The middle-most panel is the one we will be focusing on.
Using a Philips #0 screwdriver, unscrew the two 4mm screws that hold this panel in place.

Step 2

Pull the bottom of the panel upward.
Then pull the panel toward yourself to remove.

Step 3

Look toward the top half of the exposed compartment.
Each ram stick will have two silver clips on the left and right side.
Push these clips outward at the same time to release the ram stick.

Step 4

The ram stick will be held at a 45 degree angle. Pull the stick upward to release it from the slot.
Each ram stick will have a notch near the bottom, make sure to keep note of which side this notch is on.
Make sure to place the ram away from any static surfaces (carpet, fabric, etc.)
