The laptop will not power on or boot up when the power button is pressed.
Check and see that the power adapter is plugged into the computer and the wall. Look and see that the light on top of the adapter is on. If it is not on, and the adapter is plugged in, this means the adapter is defective. You may consider purchasing a replacement adapter.
