              Battery               
  • Locate the battery on the bottom side of the laptop.
  • Slide the release switch and the battery will pop out.
  • Remove the battery

              RAM               
  • Using the Phillips #1, loosen the three 7mm captive screws that secure the memory module cover to the computer.

  • Remove cover and expose the memory module by lifting the cover up like its on a hinge.

Step 4

  • Locate the release tabs on both sides of the RAM.
  • Use non-conductive pointing tool or fingers to prevent static build up and damaging components.
  • Pull the metal tabs away from the memory to release it.
  • Pull RAM away from clips to remove from device
  • Repeat for second RAM if necessary

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
