- Lift the front edge of the battery up and remove it from the compartment.

- Orient the laptop with the memory cover towards you.

- Unscrew the three 2x5mm screws with a #00 Phillips screwdriver.

- Remove the memory cover.

- Pull the two tabs on both sides of the memory stick to release it.
- The memory should pop up on its own with very little force applied to the tabs.

- Grab the memory stick from the sides with your fingers and set aside.
