Keyboard keys are either broken, missing, or unresponsive.
Sometimes when the keys are not working, there might be a foreign object underneath the key. Make sure to check underneath the specific key(s) that is experiencing issues, and remove any debris carefully.
If the key(s) still do not work after you cleaned the debris, it may be caused by a loss of connection between the keys and the motherboard. Here is a guide to check if your key is functioning, and how to replace the faulty keys.
Laptop runs out of power very quickly even after being fully charged.
Make sure to check if the battery is properly inserted into the laptop. Also double check your laptop has been fully charged. There is a chance that the charger could not be properly functioning, but once you are certain it is a problem with the battery, use this guide to replace it.
